  Yes...I was talking with a representative of yours called Tara and because I did not want my insurance payments taking out of my account monthly and tried to explain to her why, she hung up on me. She was not very patient or understanding on my part at all as a new possible customer. Every time I tried to explain to her why I didn't want my payments handle the way she told me, she would cut me off and get short with me. I think she was very unprofessional. I think she could of handle this better. I will never go with State Farm now and I will let my friends and family know of this experience. Sorry

  Being fresh out of college, I knew very little about where to start investing and even less about how to get started. Jeff was there to answer all of my insurance questions as well as discover what my investment risk tolerance is. Along with my insurance, we have worked out an investment plan that fits both my budget as well as the type of return I want on my investment. I could not be happier with Jeff and the incredible team he has assembled. I recommend him highly to all of my family and friends!

  I have loved working with Jeff Zigmant State Farm in Parkville, MO. When I moved to the area I needed to roll over my 401k to an IRA. I had no idea what I was doing but Jeff was kind enough to sit down with me and really explain my options. It was nice to have one on one with the owner of the business. Since that experience I moved my renters and auto policy over to Jeff Zigmant as well. I love working with the sales reps and the personal touch they always give. It is rare to get businesses that show their appreciation with a phone call on your birthday or just a simple happy holidays! It is also nice that all the reps are licensed in Missouri and Kansas so you do not have to worry about moving over the state line! Can't say enough good things about the Jeff Zigmant State Farm.

  I have known Jeff Zigmant for a very long time and the most important thing that I have found to be true of him is that he is determined. He will do whatever it takes to find the policy that fits your needs and will do it in the most professional and proficient manner possible. His courteous and personable nature draws you into his circle and makes you feel as if he is not only the best agent ever, but that he is also your friend. He will make sure you know that you can count on him to follow through from beginning to end. Questions, comments, and any other interaction are handled by him personally. Having Jeff in your corner is in your very best interest!
